2. Specifications and Price Quotations

• Technical Specs: Power output, processing capacities, and dimensions represent standard operational benchmarks. Manufacturer improvements may result in minor design updates.
• Pricing: Quotes are subject to change based on raw material fluctuations, freight options, and applicable statutory taxes. Final amounts are confirmed upon invoice generation.

3. Warranty & Operational Conditions

• Coverage: Agricultural equipment, electric motors, and heavy machinery include standard warranties against manufacturing defects as indicated on the official invoice.
• Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear items (e.g., cutting blades, screens), phase voltage fluctuations, or improper field operation.

4. Dispatch and Freight

Orders are dispatched directly from our Rawabhata depot. Delivery timelines are standard transport estimates. Unloading arrangements at destination points are handled by the purchaser unless prior handling is agreed upon in writing.

5. Jurisdiction

All commercial transactions, inquiries, and agreements are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
